• The main video and one audio track of the VOB file you upload are used
• The soundtrack as a 192 kbps MP3, which plays everywhere. Surround sound is mixed down to stereo
• Title, artist and similar tags are copied when the video has them

Good to know

• DVD menus, chapters and subtitles are not converted.
• A DVD is split into several VOB files (VTS_01_1.VOB, VTS_01_2.VOB and so on). Each file converts on its own, so join them first if you want one video.
• Copy-protected commercial DVDs cannot be read.
• The picture is dropped: you get audio only.
• A video with no audio track is refused with a message that says so.
• Files up to 150 MB are accepted. Long or very high-resolution videos can take several minutes, and a conversion that runs past about 4 minutes is stopped with a message.
